    Not trump’s call and I wonder what he’s trying to distract from?

    Newsom slammed the Trump administration’s move as illegal and said the state would put “all options on the table” to oppose the funding cut.

      I don’t think he’s “distracting” from anything. He’s just doing a bunch of terrible things at the same time to maximize damage to social programs, infrastructure, and his political enemies. He doesn’t care about what is or isn’t “his call.” He’s testing the limits of his power and expanding it. Why would he need to distract from anything when he’s never faced consequences for anything he’s done before?
