Otc melatonin improves sleep quality but you won’t get sleep from it alone.
You gotta get the prescription one. I used to use meloset 3mg for quite a while, then switched to whatever otc was available.
Can’t blame you for it, I did it before finally giving up and getting on Lemmy XD

Melatonin doesn’t work for everyone. For me it makes me tired in a way that keeps me from sleeping.
So I would throw in the alternative of CBD/CBN for those that don’t like melatonin
