      They’ll do it once their own electronics fabs have caught up to an acceptable degree. Right now they are dumping tons of money into this so it’s really a matter of time. In the meantime, they are stockpiling more and more weaponry at a pace nobody else can compete with.

      That is one of the purposes of this. Even if they completely destroyed all the fabs and couldn’t repurpose them, it hamstrings the US
