Why not leave NATO then? Words mean nothing if there is no weight on them 🤷

Afaik, Portugal signed the NATO military spending agremeent where NATO top guy, Mark Rutte, kissed Trump’s ass. Does this mean NATO is controlled by Russia too? 😂
