Im sure they are. Its just i dont trust a chip in my head capable of controlling my body. I want foss software with security better than qubes before i risk becoming a zombie.
I agree until there’s at least open source software to run them. I would not want anything to do with it. Honestly, though, I would prefer both open source hardware and software for this if at all possible.

Fair i would trust intelme or amdpsp even less in my head than i do in my computer.
I’m going to go ahead and say that you do not want the Linux kernel running inside your head, under any circumstances.
Id prefer it to windows.
