The tiling isn’t necessary.
Just hold your breath as if you’re trying to beat the world record (of holding your breath the longest)… and, then, inhale (since you gotta breath, lol), and it’ll go away
Your body is essentially fighting its way to survive, so it’ll open up the nasal passageway or whatever, so that you can breathe
