For the love of god… don’t.
For the love of god… don’t.
It’s not like HP is rolling in coin, but even for them $4m is probably less than they made from the actual infraction. Make it all make sense.
The shits my kid dumped on his diaper when he was a baby cleared out rooms. They were also of higher quality.
I’m surprised FF got in with that bunch. Most of them are truly uncompromising OSS projects. Like WINE for example.
FF skirts A LOT of corporate influence…
He’s literally that guy. You know the kid that has to find any irritating angle to just abuse the system?
Everyone who cleans up their desk gets a cookie and this kid is trading other kids half his cookie to clean their desk so he gets 20 cookies and gives 10 back kinda dude. And then argues with the teacher she said “desk” not their own desk.
The only way to deal with people like that is to give them a pink belly and send them home crying.
Damn. I just pulled all my stock out quantum computing and thru it all into this…
Here we built a cool new tool you wanna use it? No not that way! Nooo! Definitely not that way! No, no, no, that’s also wrong. Here, lemme show you! Gawd.
That raised some eyebrows. Not sure it’ll hold just yet. Still. His world is getting smaller.
Do they mention that he owns the platform and the first thing he got the devs to do was give him the ability to make up views and RTs. There is also an algorithm that will scale his posts astronomically compared to a real one.
So yeah, people are dumb if they think 309m people “liked” his post that read “wow.” 😆
If it ends Elon, I’m gonna allow it. If Twitter fails, his stock in Tesla will have to back it. If that tanks… he’ll have to work his way out of bankruptcy. Just squeeze….
I’ve seen them and they are hilariously bad. It all comes out like lunacy trying to amp you up lol
None of which affects his bottom line regardless as the company itself absorbs the loss. He can run his mouth and it’s 10k jobs that get cut and everyone else works that much harder to keep up.
People that wield so much power without consequence or control is everything that is wrong with everything.
Talk to Nike. They copyrighted the name of a God. From centuries ago.
Encryption is only a crime if done by a poor or not the government. So long as it’s got the rich people backing it, it’s not even in the same league.
When will you people see that this world doesn’t have universal rules. It has rules for the poor. And those for the rich.
Yes you’re right. One overtly murders people in gruesome fashion. The other, does it insidiously by destroying the social fabric of communities so mass corporations can swoop in and own everything, forcing you into a further existence of consumption or death. Enjoy working 16h a day under your corporate overlords.
I’d like to thank the thorium. Great job guys! All around, great stuff!
100% will get her fired. 100%. Not now as it’s too connectable to the post she made, but in 6 months, they’ll find a reason to can her that can’t be traced to this.
I recall reading about one senior on the search team who had worked there for over a decade criticizing the changes G keeps making to favor their own interests (ads mostly) saying it degrades search results (he was right too as G has fallen to the same levels of DDG/Bing and Yahoo).
He got shuffled into a dead roll over the course of a year so he could no longer deter the project.
Now that’s a guy who didn’t want to build a bad product. What happens to people who take political stances that could hurt G’s revenue and stock prices? Yeah. She’s toast.
I just pulled the levers in the gas chambers! I’m not a bad guy!!!
Fines are for the poor. Always have been. Rich people pay “fines” like you wipe your ass.
