Some shipments have been stopped ‘to put America’s interests first’, White House says

The Pentagon has halted shipments of critical US Patriot air defence systems and other precision weapons to Ukraine after concern that US stockpiles are running too low, prompting alarm in Kyiv.

At the end of last week’s Nato summit, Donald Trump hinted that supplies of Patriot missile interceptors were running down because some had been supplied to Israel, though he suggested he would like to help Kyiv.

After a meeting with Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the US president acknowledged that Ukraine did “want to have the anti-missile systems, as they call the Patriots, and we’re going to see if we can make some available”.

But Trump added: “They’re very hard to get. We need them. We were supplying them to Israel,” implying that supporting Israel in its war with Iran – a priority for the Republican administration – had set back its willingness to help Kyiv.

    On March 25, Trump’s director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, unambiguously told members of the US Congress that Iran was not moving towards building nuclear weapons.

    “The IC [intelligence community] continues to assess that Iran is not building a nuclear weapon and Supreme Leader Khamenei has not authorized the nuclear weapons programme he suspended in 2003,” she said, referring to a collection of US spy agencies that collaborate to make such assessments

      I’m not quoting Israeli or US news. Iran itself has said they began enriching uranium specifically because of Trump’s actions.

            Nukes need 90%. You keep ignoring what i am saying so i will repeat them again.

            Netenyahu claimed that iran is near to build nukes for 30 years. During obama deal , iran respected it’s obligation and kept the enrichement to 3%. If netenyaho was right and iran really wantes that, iran would have nukes back then. Then trump tear off the deal as a pressure iran enchriched to 60% and didn’t enrich about that for 4 years. Netanyahu was still claiming iran is within weeks to build nukes. So if they wanted to iran would have enriched above that despite no longer have obligation to respect the deal term that was ripped out.

            So your excuse of the beginning that israel only attacked iran because of the nuclear program is BS. You are unintetionally supporting the illegal war against Iran
