It was laying down I think and also the hat was possibly an emoji or icon that maybe looked clearly photoshopped on but it also could have been a real one

Looking up “displeased white cat wearing cowboy hat” on duckduckgo (and, by extension, I assume also bing) produces pages and pages of slop and no useable results, but google images still produced some real pictures.

I’ve see an image of a white cat with maybe a black splotch slouching (sitting like a human best a cat can with legs forward) wearing a hat and looking disappointed.
