At least with sleeping pills, you just straight up know its fucked up when you just randomly “do” them. Its never so obvious with the anxiolytics, there’s always a way to justify your bullshit use of them “just cuz”. Its like having an instant get drunk pill in your pocket, but its Drs orderz! so its kool and its expected you use them randomly throughout your day(s)
