Fyi: it’s called post secondary because, I think, UK calls it primary, secondary, and after that is post secondary.

Middelbare school (High school) - Ages 12 - 16/17/18 depending on what level of education you’re going for. 0.5-1.5 is because they are usually all in the same school.
Netherlands:
0.5: Kindergarten - ages 4 and 5
